研究领域
植物基因组学与生物信息学目前研究主要是通过计算生物学与实验相结合， 从基因组复杂度、多倍体基因组间互作、基因表达调控及基因功能分歧等角度研究植物野生种质资源多样性，种子生物学，及特殊、重要园艺性状形成的机理。主要研究内容：1）核质共进化模式与机制，包括植物线粒体基因组结构变异规律及与变异速率、重组关系，核质互作在种子发育中起到的作用等；2）植物多倍体形成与表达调控机制，包括倍性变异的剂量效应，顺式、反式调控变异， 以及表观修饰等在重要果树、花卉资源、种子发育中起到的作用；3）特色野生种质资源的收集与利用；
