1986.4~今,中科院兰州化学物理研究所,一直从事摩擦学基础和应用研究,现为固体润滑国家重点实验室副主任;
2000.12~2002.1期间留学澳大利亚,在Monash大学物理材料工程学院从事热喷涂聚合物复合材料的界面结合特性及冲蚀特性的研究。
